At Origami Owl, we want you to love your custom jewelry; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all charms, lockets, and chains in unworn condition.

Carefully place your jewelry in its original box and use a padded envelope to ensure it arrives safely back at our studio.
